 How do I get my login and password?

To access your login and password please contact your sales rep. Or call (800)-724-6822

 

I forgot my login and password.

If you have forgotten your password there is a “Forgot Your Password” you can click. You must enter the main email address that KEE has on file. Once you have entered your email address you will receive an email with your current password.

 

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track any web order by accessing the “My Account” section of the dealer site. Once in my account you must click order history. Once you have located the order you can access the Tracking number underneath “Via.”

 

How do I look up past invoices?

To look up past invoices you must access the “My Account” section of the dealer site.  Under the “Payment “column click “Account Invoice History” to access all past invoices.

Is this real time inventory?

Yes, however for maximum performance we must refresh every 15 minutes.

Where is my order going to ship from?

All dealer web order will be shipped from Neosho, Missouri

Do I get my pricing?

Yes, whichever pricing you received from your sales rep will stay the same on the KEE dealer site.

 

How do I handle a return?
